King Edward VI School was incorporated on 7 July 2011 as a company limited by guarantee prior to academy conversion on 17 August 2011. The Company Number is 7696173 and the full name is The Grammar School of King Edward VI at Stratford-upon-Avon, with ‘King Edward VI School’ the trading name. 

The Academy has Exempt Charity status and is not VAT-registered. All Governors of the School are Directors of the Company and the School Business Manager fulfils the role of Company Secretary. The Company submits Annual Report and Financial Statements by 31 December for each academic year to the Department for Education and Companies House and these are included below.
